So do i need the replacement D package file for this fashion flavor pack to work? I'm not sure why they are lumped together on SFS.

Upon download, it is the InTeenimater_D package file, but was last modified in 2007 and the one i have (the inteenimater ultimate collection version 1.9) was last modified in 2017.
